I say I’m addicted to a lot of things and this is another one of those things. I know cereal isn’t that good for you, but I just can’t get enough of this waffle crunch. I actually just finished a bowl of it, if you haven’t tried this cereal yet I suggest you do just BE CAREFUL. I mean look at how that monkey loves it. πŸ™‚ What’s your favorite cereal? ❀

Hey guys, this post isn’t really about a drink but I figured why not post about healthy foods. So, here’s 3 foods you should eat on a daily bases.

*Spinach- it’s full of vitamins and of course you should eat it Popeye told you to

*Tomatoes- they keep blood sugar levels stable (I love them)

*Apples-” An apple a day keeps the doctor away”
