Foods You Should Eat Daily


Hey guys, this post isn’t really about a drink but I figured why not post about healthy foods. So, here’s 3 foods you should eat on a daily bases.

*Spinach- it’s full of vitamins and of course you should eat it Popeye told you to

*Tomatoes- they keep blood sugar levels stable (I love them)

*Apples-” An apple a day keeps the doctor away”
