Benifits of: Blueberry Juice

I’m not a big fan of blueberries, but blueberry juice on the other hand is one of my favs. So here are a couple of benefits of blueberry juice.

*It is high in Vitamin C, which is an essential nutrient for overall health

*Blueberries are an antioxidant (antioxidants are thought to help protect your cells from the effects of free radicals)

*Blueberry juice, unlike raw blueberries has little dietary fiber which is the part of the plant your can’t digest
