The Importance of: Staying Hydrated

I’ve always heard how important it is to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, but I never knew what for. So, I did some research and here are 5 reasons why all people should stay hydrated. ↓

*Each cell, tissue & organ in your body needs water to function properly
*It controls your hunger (your stomach wans to stay full, so if you have a glass of water it fills your stomach and you’ll be able to tell if actually you’re hungry or not)
*Your body needs water to maintain it’s temperature
*Your body also needs water to lubricate joints
*Basically, water is essential for healthy living
