Teen Exercise


Recently, I realized how good exercising makes you feel. Since I made this amazing discovery, I wanted to share with you all some of the benefits of working out. ↓

• Exercising causes the body to produce endorphins, which helps us feel at peace and happy.
• Exercising, obviously, helps you lose weight, which lowers the risk of disease.
• Exercising can also help us age well.

These are just a few of the benefits of exercise. There are many more and trust me you’ll see them as soon as you get out there and work the only body you’ve got. 🙂
