Must have sleep!

“How much sleep do I need?” This question comes up quite often and the answer is, well no one is certain. The length of your snoozing is all based on you and your genetic traits. The idea of needing eight hours of sleep is actually harming some people who need less or more than that. So right about now is time for me to get my more than eight hours. Zzzzzzzzzzz……… 🙂
