Blueberry-Spearmint Smoothie

Summer meets fall! This Blueberry-Spearmint smoothie is not only a healthy choice, but it is also a tasteful treat.

Ingredients:
1 apple (peeled) (I used Granny Smith, but fell free to try it with others)
1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cup spearmint tea (1 tea bag, brewed)
2 tbsp. Turbinado or Demerara sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice (to stop apples from browning) (optional)

Toss ingredients into blender. Blend. Enjoy! 🙂
